How do I choose my size?
Our shoes are cut on a standard European last and run true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — suede relaxes roughly half a size in the first week. For clothing, check the note in the product description: some pieces are cut oversized and we say so.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave us within one business day. Delivery across the EU is typically three to six business days, with tracking sent the moment the label is made.
What if the fit is wrong?
Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging — try them indoors on a clean floor. Tell us the size you want instead and we reserve it while your return is in transit.
How do I care for suede?
Brush with a suede brush when dry, never when wet. If they get soaked, let them dry away from direct heat and then brush the nap back up. Do not machine wash.
Why are you cheaper than the houses you resemble?
Because we do not put a logo on the outside and charge you for it. The leather, the lasting and the finishing cost what they cost. Everything above that is brand, and we decided not to sell you any.
