YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. That right is yours regardless of anything else on this page.
OUR POLICY: 30 DAYS
We extend it to 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and returned with their original packaging and dust bags.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email info@opedako.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original box and send it back.
EXCHANGES
Tell us the size or colour you want instead and we reserve it while your return is in transit, so you are not waiting twice.
REFUNDS
Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You will get an email when it is processed; how quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of returning an item is yours, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we sent the wrong thing, or a piece arrives faulty, we cover the return shipping and replace or refund it in full. Send us a photo and we will sort it without a debate.
