Orders placed on a business day are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day.

- European Union: €12,95
- Rest of world: €19,95

DELIVERY TIMES
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 3–6 business days
- Outside the EU: 7–14 business days, depending on customs

TRACKING
Every parcel ships with tracking. You receive the link by email the moment the label is created.
DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Within the EU, all prices include VAT and there is nothing further to pay. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
If tracking has not moved for five business days, email info@opedako.com and we will open a case with the carrier. You do not have to chase them yourself.
