SIZING
Do your shoes run true to size?
Our footwear is cut on a standard European last and runs true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one — suede relaxes roughly half a size within the first week.
How do I choose a size for clothing?
Check the note in the product description. Several pieces are cut oversized and we say so on the product page.
What if the size is wrong?
Exchange it. See Returns below.
SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Netherlands and Belgium: 2–4 business days. Rest of the EU: 3–6 business days. Outside the EU: 7–14 business days, depending on customs. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.
What does shipping cost?
Netherlands €6,95, and free above the order value shown at checkout. Rest of the EU €12,95. Rest of world €19,95.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are charged by the destination country and payable by the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery, which is longer than the 14-day statutory withdrawal period you are entitled to under EU law.
What condition do items need to be in?
Unworn, with the original packaging and dust bags. Try them on indoors, on a clean floor.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it and replace or refund in full.

How do I care for suede?
Brush with a suede brush when dry, never when wet. Let wet suede dry away from direct heat, then brush the nap back up. Do not machine wash.
Will the colour vary from the photos?
Slightly, between screens. Minor variation in natural materials like suede and linen is a property of the material, not a fault.

All methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
